SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged on the cost of all products as well as the cost to ship the product, as applicable. Actual tax amount is applied at the state level when placing your order.

​CANCELLATIONS
STANDARD ORDERS: To cancel your order you must send an email to MTS@StoveTopper.com within 7 days of when you first placed your order or call 937-324-7510 or 937-631-9285 after hours. You must obtain an MTS Authorization for all Refund and or Returns. If your order has been already processed we are not responsible for the shipping costs incurred.

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone) within 7 days of order date and your order has not already shipped, we will gladly refund the total merchandise amount including shipping. If the cancellation notice was documented as received after the order shipped, we will refund the merchandise amount minus shipping cost.

CUSTOM ORDERS- Must be prepaid and are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for measurements for a custom StoveTopper®. To ensure accuracy of measurements, please call 937-324-7510, 937-631-9285 after hours or email our representative to place your custom order at mts@stovetopper.com. Custom orders cannot be made online.

RETURN POLICY
You must obtain authorization from MTS Enterprises, LLC in order to return an item to StoveTopper®. Please call or email us at mts@stovetopper.com to obtain an MTS Authorization for all Refunds or Returns. You may return any merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt for full refund less shipping. Any shipping cost that you incur to return a product to us will not be refunded.


Stainless StoveToppers®: There is a 20% restocking fee, withheld from your refund.

Almond, Black, & White StoveToppers®: There is a 10% restocking fee, withheld from your refund.

Custom Stovetopper®: No Returns.

Any package that has not been received by MTS Enterprise LLC and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.


ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
StoveTopper® is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. You must notify us within 15 days if order was not received.


In the event an item has been shipped/returned to MTS Enterprises, LLC for refund, but not received, it will be the responsibility of the customer to provide tracking information and proof of shipment.


SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped, on average, within 48-72 hours from the time your order is placed. On average you should expect to receive your order within 8-12 business days from the time that you place your order.​​
